Those enrolled in the Bahá’í Faith living in the Anchorage community gather to elect the delegates to the National Convention that will take place in the spring, and also to consult on various matters, including the progress of the local community-building efforts that will contribute to the advancement of society. This is one of the few events with attendance restricted to Bahá’ís only. It is a “high privilege” to participate in this “sacred task” of elections, and considered a critical element of a new pattern of administration.
